STIL Salon – Service Refund Policy
- At STIL Salon, we strive to offer our clients the highest level of satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of our business, we regret to inform that we do not provide refunds for services rendered.
- Please be advised that once a service has been provided by our hairstylists, it is considered to be fully rendered and no refund can be issued.
- If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your hair for any reason, we kindly request that you contact our Client Experience Manager within 48 hours of your initial service. Our policy is to offer you a further service on a complimentary basis to ensure your full satisfaction, we will make every effort to rectify any issues that have been raised through adjustments or corrections at no additional charge within a week from the original service date. These corrective services are offered at the discretion of STIL Salon
- This policy is in place to protect the interests of both our business and our esteemed clients. By booking an appointment with us, it is understood that you agree to this no-refund policy.
