Matilda Lansdown

Matilda joins STIL as our Front of House & Client Experience Consultant, bringing over 15 years’ experience across luxury beauty, brand partnerships, events, client journeys and team development. Her background spans project management, recruitment and training, guest experience, operations, PR and events, with a strong focus on creating memorable, people-led brand experiences.

At STIL, Matilda works closely with the leadership team to support and elevate the client journey, from the first enquiry through to the salon welcome, service experience, rebooking and aftercare. Client-facing, commercially aware and passionate about people, she helps ensure every touchpoint feels warm, considered and true to the STIL standard.
